We offer a wide range of Round Drip Line of the highest quality under the brand name “BHUVA”. Round drip line are available in various flow rates and emitter spacing. The cylindrical dripper is designed with a long and wide labyrinth which provides turbulent flow to minimize formation of residues and settling of soil particles hence providing an outstanding clog resistance. It is manufactured with to outlets, additional outlet helps to eliminate the intrusion of small particles when the water is shut off. It also has a large inbuilt filter to prevent physical impurities entering into the dripper.

• All close spacing crops.
• As a loop system in wide spacing crops
• With group spacing for fruit orchards
• Suitable for surface as well as sub surface installations.
• Can be used crops like sugarcane, cotton, banana, strawberry etc.

ONLINE DRIPPER

They are manufactured from superior durable engineering plastics which are resistant to chemicals and commonly used fertilizers in agriculture. These are easy to clean and can be opened easily without any tools. For cleaning just open the dripper and hold the labyrinth in jet of water. It has a unique clog resistance design which gives a turbulent flow. It has a built in screen on dripper inlet to prevent entering of suspended particles.

APPLICATIONS

• Recommended for wide spaced crops like orchards, fruit crops, coconut, oil palm etc in plain terrain.

PP BALL VALVE

DISC FILTER

We provide high quality disc filters under the brand name “BHUVA”, such that it is easy to install and has low maintenance. Body of filter is made of reinforced polypropylene for maximum durability. It supports wide rang of flow rate and comes with three way valve assembly for easy monitoring of inlet and outlet pressure. As the disc filter mesh is made of plastic it is non-corrosive and filter will have low pressure drop.

APPLICATIONS

Effective in filtering source water when it has organic as well as inorganic contaminants.

SCREEN FILTER

Body of screen filter is also made of reinforced polypropylene for durability.  It provided with non-corrosive stainless steel filter mess which is low in maintenance and easy to install. It supports wide range of flow rate and comes with three way valve assembly for easy monitoring of inlet and outlet pressure. The stainless steel mesh is available in 80, 120 & 150 mesh.

APPLICATIONS

It is used when silt and clay particles are in abundant quantity into water or when the water is muddy. It is also effective in filtering organic as well as inorganic contaminates.

AIR RELEASE VALVE

It is made of non-corrosive reinforced Polyamide which is durable , weather resistant and long lasting. It is acts as air release cum vacuum relief valve. It provides drip tight sealing at low pressure and is easy to install. Continuous acting air release valves are also available for high pressure application.

APPLICATIONS

It provides protections from busting of pipelines due to water surges and water hammering.

HYDRO CYCLONE FILTER

Body of hydro cyclone filter is available in both Mild steel and HDPE material. It has low maintenance and it is pre treated with epoxy powder coating for high durability. We provide a longer cone for more cyclonic action and hence better filtration efficiency.

APPLICATIONS

It is primarily used to separate sand and silt particles size effectively. It is recommended for places where the high amount of sand in the water source.
